High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. Great scenery, valet parking, cheap but good food. Service was great, didn't wait long for anything. I don't appreciate live music while im trying to eat and talk to someone, that's why I didn't give it 5 stars.

The service was horrible in that our waiter MUST have been a used car salesman in the past.. Extremely pushy. Very uncomfortable evening. The prices are inflated and the food is mediocre. I won't go back. It's really just a tourist trap for tourists.

This place is very mediocre. It's a nice location because it's right on the beach. In this case, I thought the food would be good. Very dry and bland burgers and fries were okay at best. They need to get some new bartenders up in that place because the drinks are gross and overly sweet. And I love sweet drinks. The service was decent. The only reason this place got 3 stars is because they have live music which my one year old daughter likes to dance to. If you want a good burger by the beach, go across the street to BurgerFi.

I can say that their burgers are nice and juicy. The burger size is about 6 oz before cooking which it becomes 4.5 to 5 oz after cooking. We ordered ours medium and it was cooked as we requested. The meat is really juicy and tasty. The only reason I gave this place a four star is due to their side order of fries. We had the Parmesan fries, it was good but compare to the burgers I expected a little more and better.

The best Burger on Deerfield Beach by far and an exceptional selection of unique burgers in general, but they need to improve their fries. The beer selection is pretty good and their prices are better than adverse. I'd highly recommend this place to any burger fan. If they change their fries then 5 stars all day long.

After spending a few hours at Deerfield Beach, we were trying to decide where to get a bite to eat in the area, and he chose this place (even though I wanted to go to another place around the corner that has a beach view). After looking at their menu, I decided to order the Holy Guacamole chicken sandwich and a side of cajun fries; he ordered a plain cheeseburger and regular fries. The price of the sandwich ($7) was a bit pricey, for the small size of the sandwich, and then sides are extra; but it tasted pretty good. The cajun fries were also tasty, and were hot out of the grease, which is hard to get with some restaurants. I ordered three cocktails: the Mai Tai, which was very good; some type of Zombie drink which was excellent and a Deerfield Sunrise (I think that was the name), which is okay, but I won't try it again. Overall, their cocktail prices are on par with other establishments, and they don't water them down. Since we live close by, we'll go here often. Service was great too. The reason why I give this place 4 stars and not 3 stars, is because the food and drinks tasted just right, and the service was great.

This place has a great environment. Not sure who was the rude server in the previous reviews but we have gotten great service and good food.

  • Steven H.

Decent burger place, good selection but its a la carte pricing so it gets a bit expensive for a burger place if you order fries /sides/drinks. I would still go back

Headed to Deerfield Beach for a day of relaxation and sun. Looking for something semi quick to eat so we could head back to the sand. Stumbled upon Burger Craze. I got their Holy Guacamole Burger. They asked if I wanted it pink or no pink. Thought that was interesting. Like a lot of the burger places today everything is a la cart so we got a side of Cajun fries. Food arrived in a timely manner and service was fine. The burgers were good but nothing that wowed me. I actually wasn't too impressed with this buns. They were very thick and heavy sesame buns. It felt like eating raw dough and that's what it felt like in my stomach. The burger itself was good. Could've used a little more guacamole. The fries were just dusted with some sort of seasoning. Could barely taste it and definitely didn't taste anything a him about it. It's good for what it is. A fast food burger joint. However BurgerFi was right down the street and given the opportunity I'd head there instead next time.

Horrible service. I order a rebel and they bring me a diff beer and then argue. Fine. I ask for a stella and they bring me amstel light!! Are you kidding me?

I had the kobe burger with fois gras and raspberry jam. It was cooked to perfection and i was surprised it was priced very reasonably too and service was very friendly and efficient.

Not only poor service, but beyond disorganized to the point where we were getting up for our own silverware and given drinks that belonged to another table. Several random waiters attempted to serve at our table, with no communication between them. One took away the menus before we had even ordered, another brought the check before the food came... The food itself was actually good, but the other frustrations mean I'd never go back.

Went for lunch, I work in Lighthouse Point, so I figured that it would be fun to sit outside and relax. Arrived to a guy that couldn't sing, but had gone to Flanigan's on Monday, so that was out. Service wasn't great at all, had to get up with my credit card to pay because no one came back to our tablet. Our food was given to a different table and they started to eat it before I could get up to say "Hey that's mine!" The view was good and the breeze was good, that is about it. I will NOT be returning, unfortunate for such a great location.

Had the burgers and a veggie burger. Excellent taste and the fries are just right. Love the soda machine with all the different flavours.

  • Jordan A.

Not overly impressed with speed of service, but the majority of what we ordered was great. Carolina Jack, Hipster burger, and the wicked dog were as good as you'll find at any burger place. Cajun fries were above average. Not a huge fan of the onion rings. Servers were friendly, brought my dog a water dish, and did a decent job of checking in on us. We will definitely be back.

Awful food. Awful drinks. Bad service. Came to the bar for a couple drinks to enjoy the weather and had to get a piña colada remade. A piña colada. At a beach bar. The most simple drink ever. Not a drop of coconut cream, no whipped cream. All ice and cheap rum

Ingrid at Burger Craze was amazing! Fantastic service with a smile.... One of the beat burgers I've had and THE best sweet potato waffle fries ever!

I don't see what the "Craze" is at all. We ran up for a quick bite and cocktails from Deerfield beach. It was pretty disappointing on all levels. The live music was a one man show that was decent until he figured out a way to make the song "who let the dogs out" even more irritating by barking over the entire song. I got the seared tuna burger /with mango mojito my Fiancé got the Big Kahuna and a piña colada. The drinks were weak the tuna was chewy and the burgers came in a paper tray like we were at a baseball game. The sweet potato fries were great but they were sweet like churros. The service was terrible from start to finish. It's a shame because they had a great concept in a great location but completely missed the mark. Spend your money else where. 50 dollars later I want my time & money back. Thanks for nothing Burger Craze

  • David L.

Great location and had a beautiful breeze. Lots to watch and see. Service was ok. Live music was good. So far so good... Food was average. I had the Holy Guacamole and my wife had a BBQ and bacon burger. Compared to all the other burger places in town it was average. Small portions so you really will need a side or appetizer

  • A. J. M.

Great atmosphere, had a special Corn Beef burger. Wife had a Salad. Good drinks. Came up from the beach and unlike what I'm reading the service was great and they got us back in the sun quickly! On a side note the entertainment was just that entertaing

I have been a bit discouraged lately with all the new Burger chains that have opened up over the last few years. Although they offer some variety the menus are basically the same and very limited. What a treat that we happened to be at the beach and decided to give Burger Craze a try. We were blown away by the variety of the menu , the fast and efficient service provided, and the quality of the food and the portions were teriffic! I would like to add that this is not a franchise, it is a one owner restaurant which makes it all the sweeter!

Attempted to eat lunch here today. Walked in and was looking for a host no where to be found. So I walked toward the bar and was told to sit where ever I wanted to. All the high tops in the bar were full so I sat right outside on the patio. No problem. I figured the four servers inside could handle six tables. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes outside before anyone even came, actually no one came so I left. I guess they don't like money.

  • John P.

Great location. Fun and plenty of spring breakers. Burgers look inventive but are poorly done. My burger was totally overcooked. Music was touristy pseudo Jamaican karaoke. On a side note my check was $20.24 and I left $25 expecting to get my change back and then leave a tip. Even thought eh service was mediocre at best I likely would have left the $4 but I found it classless not to leave me the option.

Great patio plenty to watch had a great burger cooked perfect excellent brioche type bun wife's hot dog vg by one who is hot dog expert, waitress very nice but needs more training seemed to be an absence of mgt at 1:30 lunch only down side was frozen fries with such a limited menus, quality should be paramount, fresh cut stopped fifth star, I'll be back when kinks are worked out ,nice live music and beautiful restrooms the whole package is almost there. Expert supervision can produce the right product spend the money.

Four of us ate there & were impressed with all aspects of our lunch. Great service (thanks Amanda), wonderful specialty drinks (not weak at all as some reviewers have written), really good burgers and the best salt & vinegar fries I've ever had!! One of us had the Wholly Guacamole burger & she said it was a 5! The perfect place for a break from the beach...good food, drinks and live music!

Wow! Amazingly horrible! NEVER GOING BACK EVER! Drinks were a horrible pour. One round was undrinkable, they had sample girls out front but the drink they brought us was all sour mix and no alcohol.... waitress did not seam interested. Service...What service? finally just got something else.... Asked about food after 45 min...What food? .... never got entered into the system. One of my friends had to go to work with an empty stomach.... they gave us half off and still got ripped off. So many other competitive places on Deerfield Beach. Chose any of them other than Burger Craze!

  • Joe K.

Beautiful location but food and service not good. Burgers were luke warm and cheese not melted on them. Rolls were cold and did not taste fresh.Server never bought condiments for food (I had to get my own condiments and remind them we had orderd drinks!). I hope they get it together especially with all the competition in the area.

  • Donna A.

The three of us wanted something easy and reasonably priced so we chose this new establishment. Straight out I must say the service is very poor. It began with an awkward moment when our friendly server was switched after we placed our soft drink order. The small surface table wobbled like a ship in rough seas and was initially a challenge to stabilize. The food quality was relatively decent ~ 1 burger, a Cobb salad with chicken, a sausage burger, an order of fries, 1 order of onion rings and the wings appetizer. Annoyingly we had to direct the server to bring out the appetizer before our main meal, not at the same time. Two of us ordered coffee and had to track down the server for cream and sugar. The music was very nice and I can see they draw a good bar crowd. In the last 7 years every eatery in this particular location has failed. If Burger Craze wants to celebrate their 1 year anniversary their employees must undergo an intensive training if they are looking for repeat loyal customers. There are several casual dining spots in that bustling area that will surely draw their potential customers away if they continue on their doomed course.
